Employment History Middlesbrough Road-Rail Separation January February 2007 Position: Customer Service Representative Role Circumstances This project involved the separation of the Belgrave line and Middlesborough Road. The $66 million project involved many complexities and earned the builder John Holland several industry awards. During project, all train services were replaced with buses. Role Responsibilities & Achievements Provision of customer service, including customer queries and processing of complaints during disruptions.
Member of a 20 person customer services team for the project, reporting to senior rail officials. Monitored passenger numbers flows and provided suggestions to project management on safety improvements.
