BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM

CREW TRAINING SYSTEM
The Crew-Training System is the process of which the new employees
undergo trainings with accordance to the set standards of the system. It is
designed to develop the capabilities of the trainees as well as to be effective and
efficient enough to be an employee of this food chain.

This system is also set to test whether the trainees will pass or not. Under
this system, trainees are observed and rated according to their performance.

The trainees will be given three-days Pre-Hiring Assessment and fifteen days
of training.

Assessment is done through a Pre-Hiring Assessment Test, which will

determine the performance level of a particular trainee. Such performance is rated
with the use of a checklist and certification tools, with regards to their specific area.
If trainees pass the PHA (Pre-Hiring Assessment), eventually, they will continue the
fifteen-days training under probation.
During the fifteen-days training, they will be given the chance to be certified
first by their trainers and final certification by their station managers, with regards
to specific stations including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and
General Operating Procedures (GOP’s).

Upon completion of the said requirements, they will be considered as new

employees.
