1. Chalk out a schedule for the day either at the beginning of the day or the previous night
2. Schedule harder task when you are most alert and can concentrate best
3. Chose your tasks with care—analyze each task to see how and when it is best done
4. Priorities your activities
5. Break down large tasks into smaller more manageable, wedges
6. Identify your time stealer and make a conscious effort to overcome them
7. Avoid procrastination—do not leave for tomorrow what you can do today
8. You must be a planner of your daily work: if you start your daily life without that you
will lost a great time
