Instructions to Candidates for submitting online application for Group- IV Services (General Recruitment) Notification No.41/2008.

General Instructions: Educational Qualification: Must posses any Degree with B.Ed./B.T Degree. Name of the Post: Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-II in A.P. Social Welfare Sub Service Age : Minimum 18 years & Maximum 39 years as on 01/07/2008 Creamy Layer: The Government have fixed the annual income limit at Rs. 4.00 Lakhs. Candidates claiming as belong to Backward Classes have to produce a Certificate from the competent authority regarding their exclusion from the Creamy Layer at an appropriate time. 5. Candidates can apply a district post either Local or Non Local basis and shall take Examination in that district only 6. Study Details: Regular study candidates have to furnish 4th to 10th class studied district and Private candidates have to furnish resided district of 7 years of study of immediately preceding the SSC examination. Note: i) Please submit the application form well in advance to avoid problems due to heavy net work traffic during last days. APPSC is not responsible for non availability of services due to heavy network traffic. ii) Every Candidate has to pay the Fee of Rs.25/- towards Processing Charges. iii) Submission of application through online is not final. After submission of application, with the generated challan candidate has to pay the fee indicated in the challan at any branch of State Bank of India otherwise the application will be liable for rejection. iv) Pay the indicated fee before 05/03/2009 and fee paid by the candidate is not refundable at any cost. v) If you are unable to view pdf document first download the Acrobat Reader. Instructions for Scanning Photograph with Signature 1. Paste the Photo on any white paper as per the above required dimensions. Sign in the Signature Space provided. Ensure that the signature is within the box. 2. Scan the above required size containing photograph and signature. Please do not scan the complete page. 3. The entire image (of size 3.5 cm by 6.0 cm) consisting of the photo along with the signature is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpg format on local machine. 4. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more that 50KB.

5. If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the dpi resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning. 6. The candidate has to sign in full in the box provided. Since the signature is proof of identity, it must be genuine and in full; initials are not sufficient. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not permitted. 7. The signature must be signed only by the candidate and not by any other person. 8. The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. If the candidates signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Hall Ticket, the candidate will be disqualified. Sample Photo and Signature

The candidate has to upload his/her Photo with Signature in the prescribed format by clicking on the browse button in the application form. Instructions for online Submission of Applications: 1. Please read the help provided in the respective boxes in the application while filling the data for online submission of application and then proceed further. 2. On successful submission of application system will generate a unique reference id for application and also generates a pdf file containing the data furnished by the candidate along with the challan form. Please down load the file to the hard disk and print the application along with challan for payment of fee at any SBI branch and for future reference. 3. Please visit again to this website to submit payment details. 4. Candidate can check status by any of the following means a. SMS will be sent to the candidate for the provided mobile number after receiving the payment confirmation through the SBI. b. Candidate can enter Reference Id and Journal Number to know the status of the online application. After confirmation of the bank only Application acceptance status will be displayed to the candidate.

5. The Hall tickets will be published and will be available on this web site 10 days prior to the examination date. Please down load the hall ticket at an early date to avoid delay/problems in down loading due to heavy net work traffic on the last date.
