Q2..why did u leave ur previous job?


my previous company company gave me excellent working conditions but unfortunately i did"nt provide any opportunites for carrier growth. iwant to face new chellanges' Nothing is permanent in this world, not even troubles.Our nature itself is following the same principles. So moving out of company for better prospects and growth is mandatory,and thats the reason I am looking for a change. To be honest, I wasn't considering a move, but, I saw this job posting and was intrigued by the position and the company. It sounds like an exciting opportunity and an ideal match with myqualifications.
Question : HOW LONG WOULD YOU EXPECT TO WORK FOR US IF HIRED?

If there will be growth in this job and i will meet with great opportunities and i will learn more advance so i think there is no reason for consider leaving.

Strengths are I'm well motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented team memberI've got a strong desire to succeed, and I'm always ready and willing to learn new information and skills. And about my weakness, I'm always ready to learn new skills and adapt my methods to become better at what I do. If I become aware of a weakness in my knowledge base or in the way I perform my duties, I do my best to fill that gap whether through formal training, informal training, or directly from my colleagues.
