1. Why do you want to work in our company?

Sir I have searched about your company profile .your company is reputed
company in everywhere and I am also searching any good organization
where I can get good learning opportunity and guidance of good
experienced people like you and my skills ans qualities are matched to this
job which you are offering me so if you hire me I can do my best for the
progress of this company.

2.What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

I am suitable person for this job – confidence but I am only suitable person
for this job – over confidence.
Confidence is the internal feelings that leads to success but over
confidence is the external display that can destroy the success.
3.How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Well frankly speaking sir I would like to spend some time with my
family at weekends .But if the time demands I guess I am reasy to work
during night and weekends because company’s growth is my growth.
And also its my responsibity to be there when you need me.
4.Can you work under pressure?
Working under pressure is always a good sight to seek more productivity
knowledge than anymore .Adopting pressure will make you prefect
individual player.So yes I can work under pressure happily.
5. Are you willing to relocate or travel?
I am perfectly fine with relocation because I believe that it provides you
with an opportunity to learn new culture and to meet new people .
6. What are your goal?
My short term goal is to get placed in a reputed vompany where I can
improve my skills and knowledge . My long term goal is to achieve a
respectable position in the company that I will be working.
7. What motivates you to do good job?
Well my parents have struggled a lot to educate and they promoted me
to come up to this level.So they will provide them with lavish life .This
enthusiasm motivates me to do a good job .Doing a good job wil result
insatisfaction.
8. What makes you angry ?
I get disappointed when someone tries to affect the quality of work or
shows procrastination by not participating with ewual interest and passion.
9. Give me an example of your creativity?
If you create a new way to do something and it is good from rest of the
solution that is called creativity.
10.How long would you expect to work with us if hired ?
Well ,sir as long as my skills and knowledge will help to the growth of
the company and return from company appreciate to me .This helps me
to improve my career life.
11. Are not you over qualified ?
Sir as I am a fresher I know theoretical knowledge but not practical .With
your organization I would like to increase my knowledge and gain
practical experience where I can solve real time problems and experiences
.That ‘s why I am qualified and not overqualified for this job.
12. Describe your ideal company?
The ideal company which where my knowledge is utilized and I don’t
worry about location because I am comfortable in any location.
13. What are your career options right now?
My career option to get a job in any reputed company and enhance my
skills with the organizational goals.
14. Explain gow would be an asset to this organization?
Sir for example if you buy an asset we always think we have to increase
its value and in that same way I will eahance myself continuously in day
today and add value to the organization.
15. What are your outside interests?
My outside interests is to communicate with others and to know the new
things from others .Creating new things and sharing with my friends and
how to survive different culture persons .
16. Would you lie for the company?
Yes sir lying is also a human tendency .No man in this world without
lying and it happens based on the situation .But I am not lying sir .If at
all I lie it will not impact my organization instead it will benefit my
company.
17. Who inspired you in your life and why?
My parents are always inspired me in my life .They are my hero.They
help me to face the obstacles of my life .They always motivate me to do
any work in a well planed manner and they are my role model as well as
my God.
18. What was the toughest decision you ever had to take?
Decision are never tough .They are either fight or wrong. Whenever I take
dicision ,I ask my self three questions
What is most practical?
What is most beneficial?
What is most ethical?
So whenever I apply this questions the decisions become so easier to
make .the hard part is starting.
19.Have considered starting your own business?
No sir I do not have any intension to start any business . I just want to
make my career in reputable company .I will consider this organization as
my own organization .I will work here with full dedication .My focus is on
improving my performance and advance career in growth of the company.
20. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own
definition?
My definition of success is when people will search my namke on google
rather than on facebook .Learning from mistakes and not allowing thenm to
happen again can be defined as success.
21. If you won a lottery of rs. 10 million would you still work?
I don’t think that money is the only thing that drives me here . I am here
because now I want more than money is knowledge which pave me a
way to success of my career . As you said it was a lottery it just come
from your luck . But the money earned from my job is more valuable
because it is my hard work to achieve it. So I believe in me rather
than a lottery .so I do not leave my job.
22.How much salary do you expect ?
I am not having experience in this field .so I am expecting the salary as
per your company norms which fulfils my economical needs.
23. Where do you see your self after five years?
5 years from now I see myself sitting at a well reputed position in your
company where everyone would believe that I am an asset for your
company . Till then I will be learning and gaining the practical
knowledge.
24. On a scale of one to ten rate me as an interviewer?
Well first of all thank you for giving me this opportunity . I think I am not
the right person to rate you. But I can say I never had such a great
interview where I have learned so many lessons from it.
25. Do you have any questions for me?
Thank you sir for giving me this opportunity .I want to know about my
interview performance and in which area I should improve myself.
26. Why did you resign from your previous job?
First of all I am very thankful to my previous organization where I have
learnt some skills like time management ,working under pressure
which would helpful for my career growth but now I left this job to
face the new challenges to reach new horizons and have a good
financial growth.
27. Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized?
I would like to tell about one situation when I was in 2nd year we had to
prepare a presentation at that time I had no knowledge about this
presentation ans all. We were 4 members in a group and none of us
know about this and I was the group leader then everyone told me to
prepare it and I prepared ot to some extend but it was not in the
correct sequences so for me only our group could not score better.

29. What would you say to your boss If he is crazy about an idea but you
think it stinks?
Simply open up a d discussion and discuss my ideas and back them with
necessary and relevant data.There will be a healthy discussion and
new things may come out.It may turn out that the boss is right and
there was problem with everyone else understanding his ideas.
30. How could you have improved your career progress?
 Dedication towards your work makes your career in a progress by hard
work and also smart work.These are my parameters to improve and I
follow them.
31. Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote
someone from within?
32. How do you feel about reporting to a younger person/
Sir I think age shall not be the criteria here if I am reporting toa person
younger than me if that person is on aseneor level he must have
got more experience ,knowledge .He must have put extra efforts onto
it .so age becomes an irrelevant factor here.
33. Looking back what would you do differently in your life?
To be frank sir looking back won’t give me chance to change my past
butr it will surely help me to change my present and future as we
can implement it for better result in today and tomorrow.
34. Why are you not erning more money at this stage of your career?
At this stage of my career I want to gather all knowledge and develop skills
as much as possible to me . Because money in the pocket will not
save my life from sinking in the sea but my skills of swimming will
definitely save me.
