Why should I hire you?

Sir , I am a fresher and i know that i have no experience but I want to develop my skills further
because freshers are the one from where a skilled one comes from . I am easily adaptable to any
environment ,quick learner and determined towards objectives So, if you will give me an
opportunity to work for your organization i will give my maximum, 
will work with sincerity , honesty and dedication to meet your organization's expectation. Thank

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

I think this is the excellent platform for me to prove myself and for learn new things ,this is a
place where i can get my dream start and i am sure that my contribution will be the part of
company's growth in the near future.

Why do you want to work at our company?

I want to work in a platform where I can prove myself, utilize my knowledge and to acquire more
knowledge and feel comfortable. This is the place where I can get it. And I am sure that my
contribution will be the part of company's growth.

I want to start my career with the reputed company like yours to develop my knowledge and new
innovative ideas. I am sure that I will be part of company's growth in future.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

There is a very thin line between confidence and over-confidence.

Confidence means a person has the ability and efficiency to do the work and believes that he can
do it.

But over-confidence is when he believes that no one can do things better except him but in reality
he fails to do it.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard Work means putting your efforts without considering the term Time Management,
Coordination and planning and Smart Work means giving the 100% result timely and sincerely
with effective use of time management, proper planning and coordination.
How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

No one likes extra work. But if it is really important or there's some deadline to be met, working
on weekends is not an issue for me. Working late nights too is not a problem, provided I have a
safe transportation mode available.

Sir, I don't think there is point to think about this question right now because if we are really
dedicated to are work then there will be no need of doing extra shifts instead we will complete the
work in week days only and the only thing we will be needing is our determination to work.

Sir, being a fresher I am likely to be much energetic. I can do the work late night. But I
deliberately not prefer late night work unless it is urgent. Rather I will try my best to accomplish
my work in the office hours itself. Late night working will rather affect my very efficiency on the
next day in office.

On the weekend since all the hours are mine, I can do the work conveniently.

Can you work under pressure?

A little bit of pressure is always good to keep us going and working hard. Besides, time
management is required to handle pressure successfully. So work pressure on me today will help
me perform better tomorrow. Working under pressure also teach lesson in our life, we are under
pressure only from the date of joining school till now we have been suppressed by pressure many
times, because at that time only our inner talent come out of the shell. It is easier to ride the
cycle in the direction of wind, difficult against the wind but when we want to go in that direction
surely we will.

Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Yes, I will sir. Depending upon the demands of the organization if need to relocate or travel then I
will do it without any hesitation. And its my pleasure to go because we can get knowledge and
experience in different locations and we have to manage the work in all locations.

What are your goals?

My short term goal is getting a job, where I can get work satisfaction and chance to increase my
knowledge and skills. My long term goal involves growing with a company and see myself in a
higher position of a reputed company like yours.
What motivates you to do good job?

My dream motivates me. I have a dream of taking care of my parents as they did. I have a dream
to be independent and self-earned. I have a dream that I can share my contribute towards people
I concern.

What makes you angry?

As a human i do get angry when the people i trust, betray and cheat me. But the best part is that
i control my anger and try to remain calm during those situations. It helps me to keep myself
balanced in life...

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I would love to be a part of the company as long as my potentials and skills benefit both of us.I
would like to stay for long time to gain my recognition and help in the growth of the industry by
using my skills.

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

Ideal company: The company which considers both the company's and employee's wellbeing.

Ideal location: The location where I can reach on time without any hassle so that I can start my
work at office cheerfully.

Ideal job: Where I can enhance my practical knowledge related to theoretical knowledge.

The company which give impotance to views and ideas of each employee. Which uderstands their
employee & also give friendly environtment to work with. Ideal job is where i enjoy my work.
Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Sir, in my opinion, any employee, whether academically an average or meritorious, if he is hard

working, dedicated, honest, punctual and moreover involved in the growth of his company, either
directly or indirectly, he deserved to be an ASSET for his company. As far as I am concerned, I
very well know that I am an average student, not the best, but since I believe that I have all
these qualities in me, as well as I want to be a part of yours company's success story, I think in
this way, I may prove to be an ASSET for your reputed company. So I feel I should get a chance.

Would you lie for the company?

Your company is a very reputed company because of it's faith so I don't think sir I need to say lie
to the customer and most important thing is lie never hide for long time so firstly I will always try
retain my companies reputation.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

Waves are my Inspiration, its not because they fall again and again but whenever they fall they
raise again. Likewise failures are not the end they are the beginning to raise us to the top called
Success.

My inspirations are my own mistakes and experiences of my day to day life. They help me to
become more and more perfect day by day and to withstand difficulties in life.

Have you considered starting your own business?

As a fresher I did not think much about that one right now. I just want to improve my skills and
work experienc. Later I will think about that. Because a good business man must be a good
employee then only he can run the organisation successfully.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

Success is self satisfaction.It is a state of mind when you feel that you have achieved what you
intended for.It needs not to be big acomplishments even small things which give small time of
happiness is success for everybody.it is the JOURNEY not a PLACE where you can stay. You have
to move further for the GROWTH.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

 Yes, I will work because if luck can bring me a lottery, then fate can make me lose it as well.
Good times are always followed by bad ones. There are always ups and downs.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

Five year down the line I would like to see my self as an important part of organization. I would
like to see myself as a more knowledgeable, well talented, experienced person. An efficient
employee who will be more competent in skills and whom a company would not want to loose in
