    Why should I hire you?

    As a fresher I am not experienced and I seek a well reputed company to start my career like yours. I
    am adaptable and open to learn new things and I can work under stressful condition managing my
    time. If you give me an opportunity I can assure you that I will do my best for company growth.

    Being a fresher I want to start my career in a well reputed company like yours and explore my skill
    set. I'm flexible and adaptable to any environment and more importantly I know how to manage time.
    And it always excites me when I learn something new. I can assure you that I will give my best
    towards growth of your company.

    What are your strengths and weaknesses?


    My strength is I am always trying to up my skills whenever I get the chance.
    My weakness is I feel uncomfortable until I finish my work.

    Strengths: I believe that, I am a self-motivated, hardworking person. I am always keen to up-skills by


    learning new things whenever I get a chance.

    Weaknesses: Trust easily anyone and overthinking.

    Why do you want to work at our company?


    Because everybody wants to start their career with the best company and as a fresher, I would like
    to join your company because your company is the fastest-growing company in the industry and if I
    join it will be a great opportunity for increasing my knowledge and upgrading my experience and my
    skills.

    Sir, because I am a fresher, I am willing to learn so I want to work in an organization, where I can
    enhance my technical as well as soft skills and where I can get a chance to work on different
    technologies and where I can gain an experience. So, I can do my best for my company. So, I think
    your company is the best platform for starting my carrier because your company strongly focus on
    learning.

    What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?


    Confidence is a combination of "believe" and "hardwork".
    Overconfidence is only belief.

    The difference between confidence and overconfidence is that confidence means the belief in
    yourself through your hard work. But overconfidence means you are thinking that you are the only
    person capable to do that work.
    What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
    According to me, Hard work gives us experience.
    Smart work come with experience.

    Sir, both are key to success.


    Hard work will provide experience.
    Smart work will come from experience.

    How do you feel about working nights and weekends?


    I'm prettty sure that I'll complete my work within Office Hours.
    But, if there is an immediate need then I'll definitelty stand by my Organization.

    Sir, I will finish my work on time so, I don't think that I will need to work on weekends and nights.
    But, if there is a need to work in the weekends for the growth of the company then I will definitely do
    this for the company.

    Can you work under pressure?


    If we are open to learn new things it is easy to work under pressure, if we love the work we won't feel
    it as pressure.

    Working under pressure will be a challenge but it will be an opportunity to gain experience and to
    know about my abilities also, I can learn new things in such situation. I will work under pressure with
    more patience.

    Are you willing to relocate or travel?

    Yes sir, because it is a opportunity to work with new people and improve my skill, learn new things
    and I also love to travel.
    Yes, I am willing to relocate. Because I am used to it. And it's a great chance for me to explore new
    places and to meet new people. And working with new people will give more new ideas and
    experience also.

    What are your goals?

    My goal is to get a job in a reputed company where I can prove my skills and knowledge and to keep
    my family happy.
    My goal is to join a reputed company like yours where I can improve my skill and gain lots of
    knowledge which I can use in the upliftment of the company or organisation.
    What motivates you to do good job?

    The result and appreciation that I got from my hard work motivate me a lot to do a good job.

    What makes you angry?

    Mostly I am a calm person. But I got angry when something breaks my trust or when people
    compare me with anyone.

    Give me an example of your creativity.

    Handling the hard situations in a cool manner.


    According to me, creativity means doing the same work in an intresting way and lesser time.

    How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

    I work as long as a company need me and if they provide a good work environment.
    Sir, everyone looks for their bright future, healthy work and environment, good salary, job
    satisfaction and I'm pretty sure that your company will give such things so I don't need to change the
    company.

    Are not you overqualified for this position?

    As a fresher, I don't think I am overqualified because I don't have any work experience and I think
    experience speaks more than qualification.
    I think I'm qualified for this job but not overqualified because I'm just a fresher and have lots more to
    learn because learning never ends.
    Describe your ideal company, location and job.

    Well according to me, the ideal company is the company which provide a healthy and motivating
    environment for their employees and give the best opportunities to enhance their career.
    The ideal job is the job where the employee gets more benefits and opportunities to prove
    themselves.
    So, where these two conditions are present that is the best location for me.
    As I concerned, the ideal company is that which provides a good environment or platform to develop
    my technical as well as social skills.
    I love the job which gives me job satisfaction as well as support.
    Location doesn't matter for me. I just like a good environment.

    What are your career options right now?

    As a fresher, I want to learn new things from starting. I want to start my career with your company so
    that I can improve my skills and knowledge.
    Sir, right now I am interested to join a reputed organisation like yours & use my technical proficiency
    & gain practical experience.

    Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

    To become an asset for an organization, we have to be punctual, dedicated, quickly adapt of the
    environment, and positive working attitude I have all of these qualities so, I will prove an asset for
    this company.

    According to me, an honest and hardworking employee is an biggest asset for any organization.

    Faithful employees always tires to gives their best.

    What are your outside interests?


    Would you lie for the company?

    It totally depends on the situation but more preferably I will find out the other solution to the problem
    which is beneficial for me and my company as well instead of speaking lie. Because every problem
    has a solution.

    Assume that, if I will lie for the company but sooner or later one-day truth will reveal then the
    reputation of my company will be disputed.
    Yes, it depends on the situation. But convincing is a better option than lying because if any problem
    occurs in future it will be difficult to handle.

    Who has inspired you in your life and why?

    I was inspired by my mom, she is the best motivator. My mom always speaks one sentence for me,
    "If you are doing something, never leave it unfinished. If you feel like doing then do it, whatever
    happens, happens for the best".

    What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

    In my life, I think there is no any toughest decision because its completely on me how did I take that
    situation if I think its hard then its hard if its easy then its easy.

    Where do you see yourself five years from now?

    No one knows about the future. So, today I work best for company then I will definitly in better
    position in 5 years.
    In 5 years, I see myself in a good position working at a reputed firm like yours. I see myself as
    becoming more skilled, more efficient, and professional. I want to devote the next few years to
    learning new skills taking up challenging work, working on different projects, contributing as much as
    I can, and putting my hard work to see myself advancing to the next level.

    In short, I want to be a better version of myself today and make my parents proud.
    After 5 years, I want to see myself a respectable position and I want to become a part of the success
    of your company.
    And also I want to be in that position where I'll be an inspiration for others.
    On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.

    I'm sorry Sir! I'm not in the position to rate you as you're an higher authority and you are much great
    in knowledge and experience.

    But if this is a part of my interview, I'll rate you 9/10 because no one on this earth is perfect.
