1. Tell me about yourself?

I think I am really a energetic person who is a real self starter with a can do attitude. What I mean by self starter is that in the past I have developed many of my fresh idea. For example in the last summer at wipro infotech I worked on a project "Library management system" which is one my best project which I have done so far. So I am specifically drawn to this position because it would offer the opportunity to utilize my skills and grow in the area of electronics. coming to my personal strength self confidence, can adjust at any environment, capable of handling a team. My short term goal is to work in an MNC organization and make people around me saying that he is awesome in his personality and at his work. My long term goal is to go higher and higher positions with lot of hard work and support and earn lot of money and build a palace of my own and keep my family happily for lifetime. My hobbies are Organising things, Self confident and self motivation. browsing internet for latest inventions and I have a blog consisting of this type of information. My weakness is that I want know full information very perfectly in detail and I am not concentrate towards health while I am in work.

I need a platform in which I can utilize all my skills to become a better professional as well as a successful man. I hope your company is the perfect platform for me where I can utilize my professional skills. Moreover I enjoy learning new things. I will put all my efforts for the good progress of the company. And I am sure you will give me one chance proof myself. Sir, I know being a fresher I don't have previous experience but at the same time being a fresher I would always be excited and anxious to do the work. And an organisation always welcome those candidates of that same attitude. Also as I believe in teamwork and perfection it will.

3. What are you strength and weakness?

If you ask my opinion, then according to me my strengths are: 1 2 3 4 5 6 I I I I I I can work hard if the work is interesting and enjoyable. can adjust myself according to the situation. am patient. I take decisions by considering every point. like to work in a group. like to inspire people and get the job done from them. am polite and I always give respect to others.

According to me My weaknesses are: 1 - I can't read for hours instead I can watch visuals for many hours. 2 - I can't perform the task without understanding it completely.

(some people just do what others are doing without understanding). 3 - I can't work efficiently if I have a lot of pressure. 4 - Sometimes I get disturbed if work is not happening as expected or decided.

4. Why do you want to work at our Company?

As I am Fresher. I need to improve my skills and Knowledge. I know that your company is one of the best IT company in the world. I need a platform to prove my practical knowledge. I know that your company is good platform for me. At the same time I like the culture and policies of your company which can act as a positive reinforcement for me.

5. What is the deference between confidence and over-confidence?

Confidence is being comfortable in your own skin and expressing yourself without feeling insecure or nervous. It comes when one knows one's strengths as well as faults, and accepts them to improve oneself. Overconfidence is when a person 'believes' that he/she is right every single time and that there's nothing the others 'need' do, but follow him/her happily.

6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work is nothing but we doesn't know how to finish a work in a efficient way but some how we struggle for it to come up with finishing the work. Example of hard work is FRESHER. A fresher doesn't know how to finish a work but he still work hard on it to find a proper solution. Where as a smart work is which we know how to finish off a work in a efficient manner and the reason for it is we have experienced the work. Example of smart work is EXPERIENCED/PROFESSIONALS. An Experienced person very well knows about the work and can figure it out in a efficient manner. He is much more experienced than a fresher and so he can make through in a smart work.

7. How do you feel about working in nights and weekends?

I don't denial night shift, Weekend is very hard to work, I spend my weekend with my family and friends. At the same time My Work is important I can also denial Weekend shift. But I will feel bad comfort to every weekend works, If sometime weekends work means I will carry and adjust.

8. Can you work under pressure?

Yes, I can work under pressure. If I am interest to do the work I never felt that, It is burden to me. Even I am not interested under pressure, I can show my capabilities because it teach us how to come across tough situations in our future.

9. What are you goals?

My short term goal is getting the job in a reputed company where I can utilize my knowledge and skills and to achieve the success of my company. My long term goal is to achieved a highest position of an organization.

10. What motivates you to do good jobs?

A Good working environment, communication with other employees, motivation by higher authority, work responsibility, and continuous feedback, motivates me to do a good job apart from my own efforts. My Motivations Are: 1. My Family Support And Pleasure To Keep Them Happy. 2. Give My Best Output To Organisation And Contribute In Organisation Success. 3. To Prove Myself And Implement My Knowledge.

11. What makes you angry?

Its quite natural for human beings to get angry. I get angry when some one speaks the things which discourages the other, when some one underestimate other people.

12. Give an example of your creativity?

My creativity is thinking everything in a different manner. Whatever we are thinking should be different from others and also acceptable by others. For example: Every spider has its own creativity in designing the web and it is different from one another. In the same way I used to create my own style in every situation.

13. How long would you expect to work with us if we hire you?
If I get rewarded as per my work by your company I wish to work as long as I can. Sir as I am fresher I will first improve my skills. If you find me working well then you will keep me otherwise sack me. I think its completely depends on you.

14. Arent you overqualified for this position?

Not at all. Because I think that there are many thing which I have to learn to serve the company and that are all practical I will have to deal with many typical situations which I have not come by uptill now.

15. Describe your ideal company, location and job?

Those companies are ideal for me which provide time to time opportunity to their employees and also helps to grow employees knowledge and skills which also helps in organization growth. Location is not matter for me If I feel my work is not burden for me, its entirely depend on working environment of organization. Job satisfaction is my Ideal job where I am able to fulfill my needs and achieve my goals.

16. What are your career options right now?

As I am MCA student, I want to get placed in IT companies which provide platform for my carrier development that also helps organization growth. I also want to become important pillar of the organization very soon based on my work, knowledge and skills. As I am fresher I am looking for job where I can utilize my theory knowledge into practical knowledge and learn new things.

17. Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

The value of the asset decreases as the time pass on, and i'll be like a long term investment of the company, where the value increases with my skill, experience, capability, and talent and good investment always gives best output.

18. What are your outside interest?

My outside interests are browsing throughout the day if there is a chance to know what is going on around the world. Discussing my innovative business ideas with friends and cracking jokes among us. I always like to make plans and target for new things.

19. Would you lie for the company?

I am not in favour of telling a lie as it's not a solution of a problem but it leads one away from finding the solution because after telling lie, one thinks if I catch, what will happen, so he/she thinks to hide that lie with another one. Thus one wastes time for making excuses instead of solving problem.

20. Who has inspired you in your life and why?

My inspiration is my surroundings. I have learnt everything from my surroundings itself, because I have seen difficulties in my life and also overcame all those. Even if I am going to work in your company I will promise you that I can overcome any situation through what I have learnt from my surroundings.

21. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
Sir, I won't label this as tough but yes there have been instances where it was required to think a lot, weigh my options several times before taking some decisions. -The decision of doing job or going for higher studies. -The decision of letting my younger brother go into commerce field.

22. Have you considered starting your own business?

NO sir! I don't have any idea about starting a own business, usually people starts business for the two main reason one is NAME in society and second thing is money, I believe that My NAME is identified along with my organization[our company]name and second thing comes automatically.

23. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
As my point of view success is the small-small steps to achieve a goal. I will complete my MCA degree with good grade, this is my small success which is nothing but small step towards my

goal which takes me closer to my goal. I always like to celebrate my small success which motivates me for next step. For now I have a goal to getting into a job in IT application field and make good and deserving position in company.

24. If you earn 10 million rs in lottery, would you still work?

Yes I will work continue because money does not teach how to earn more money but your company teach me how to convert 10 million into 100 million.

25. Tell me something about our Company?

Frankly speaking i came to know about your company last week, i read through the google. Your moto was......, and currently you are having ... branches across the world with about 14000 employees. Before attending this interview I have gathered lots of information about our organization. After summarize the all facts about our organization my opinion is like this:. It is one of the most reputed IT company in the world. The infrastructure & Working Environment is splendid. Our organization having good payroll system. It provides free medical facility to all employee. Lastly the main fact is every employee having the partner of success of organization.

26. How much salary do you expect?

Sir, Everyone in this world working for money but as a fresher my first priority is not salary, that is a big platform to start my carrier. So I expect a considerable amount of salary according to my ability and your company's norms which will fulfill my economical needs.

27. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I want to become one of the best reasons for the success of organization with a respected position.

28. On a Scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer?

Sir, as a fresher I don't think I am in a position to rate you, as it is a part of interview I have your question, I will rate you 9 out of 10, 8 for your friendly nature and your way of comforting me and 1 for your honesty of asking such a question to a person who is less qualified and less experienced than you and I have deducted 1 because no one is perfect. Sir could you tell me what are all the requirements you are searching in freshers like me in your company because It helps me to prepare myself to full fill your requirements before joining your company. My first and last query that I would like to ask you that during interview what are my weak and strong points that you have noticed so that I acknowledges all of them and doing work on my weakness and tighten my strong points.

30. Looking back, what would you do differently in your life?

Looking back is important as it shows us where we were right and where we went wrong. Everyone makes errors, so did I. But one thing I maintain is that mistakes once done can't be corrected, so, it's

better to work on it in a way that the mistake itself leads to the correct thing. I believe in changing the future which is in my hand, not the trodden past, which I can't change!
