This Spreadsheet is a compilation of keyboard shortcuts for several Microsoft Applications (one in each tab). The content was compiled from various sources. Some shortcuts may only work in a Windows XP environment running Office 2003.

To use the spreadsheet


1 For each application that you use, review the appropriate tab in this file In the Favorites Column (C) Mark each shortcut that you don't use, but you would like to start using with a "Y" 2 *Note that some favorite shortcuts are already marked with a "Y" 3 Highlight the shortcuts that you want to learn first 4 Autofilter on your favorites by Clicking the arrow in C1 and selecting "Y" 5 Print the relevant tabs and keep it next to your computer for quick reference 6 Periodically repeat steps 2-5 as you learn shortcuts and no longer need to refer to them in
