    Terms & Conditions


    1. Nature, content, conditions and value of the consignments are known Pon Pure Logistics Private Limited. ( hereinafter called the company). The company carries goods at Owner's risk only 2. In the event of any interruption of through communication on the booked customary route, due to cause beyond the control of the company it will be within the discretion of the company to cause the traffic to be carried by the next shortestopen route but only on the conditions applying to the booked or customary route in respect of the company's liability and offreight and forwarding note held in respect of the consignment being equally operative over the route held by which the consignment is carried not with standing change of route of the carrier for the transport for reasons of the company 3. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to pilferage, theft, weather conditions, strike, tiots, disturbances, fire, explosion or accidents provided however all reasonable precautions are taken to provide against such contingencies 4. The company undertakes to and shall deliver the goods in the like order and condition as received subject to any deterioration in the condition of goods resulting from natural causes like effect of temperature, weather conditions, etc., to the consignee or to his order or assigns on the relative receipt being surrendered to the company duly discharged by the holder of the receipt and by the Bank through/with which the receipt has been negotiated and only the holder of the receipt entitled thereby to delivery shall have the right of recourse aganist the company for all claims arising thereon 5. The company shall not be responsible if the goods are detained / seized or confiscated by the Government authorities. 6. The consignor shall be primarly liable to pay the transport charges and all other incidental charges. 7. The company shall have the right to entrust the goods to any other hired lorry or service for transport. 8. No suit shall lie aganist the company in respect of any consignment without a claim made in writing in that behalf and preferred within 30 days from the date of booking or from the date of arrival at destination, by the party concerned. 9. The court in Chennai City alone shall have jursidiction in respect of all claims and matters arising under the consignment or of the goods entrust for transport to be company. 10. The company is not responsible for any leakages/shortages on liquid goods under any circumstances and no claim shall be entertained on this account. 11. The consignor is responsible for all consequences of any incorrect or false declaration. 12. The compensation, if any, payable by the company for goods lost or damaged shall not exceed the value declared bythe consignor for the goods. All enquiries and complaints are to be addressed to the Administrative office at Chennai. 13. The freight mentioned overleaf is subject to change based on the terms of the contract with the customer / consignor, if any
