GGI 788 SP 6 (CUTTING OIL) is special cutting oil which forms stable emulsions with water for use as a coolant and lubricant in metalworking operations, manufactured to meet the exacting requirements found in deep hole boring, trepanning, drilling, milling, turning, grinding, cold sawing of the more common materials and gear cutting operations. GGI 788 SP 6 (CUTTING OIL) should be poured gradually into the full volume of water, never the reverse and gentle agitation maintained until all the oil has been added and a uniform emulsion obtained. Alternatively, proprietary mixing devices can be used. GGI 788 SP 6 (CUTTING OIL) has a high degree of water quality tolerance and will accept most main water supplies without prior treatment. GGI Cutting Oil Non Water, which can be used for easy to moderate machining work on light metals, as well as for the conventional free-cutting steel grades. This lubricant is formulated with compounded EP-dopes and film strengtheners and can be a substitute for many chlorine containing grades. GGI Cutting Oil Non Water, ensures a good lubricating and cooling effect, which favorably influences the tool service life, cutting speed, surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished pieces. GGI Cutting Oil Non Water, dapat digunakan untuk mudah untuk bekerja mesin sedang pada logam ringan, serta pada jenis konvensional bebas baja pemotongan. GGI MDO is proven to have extreme ability to prevent wear and corrosion, seperate itself from water and protect the cleanliness of the machine.
