These unique cars have been built with great care, and extensive engineering
research and development has gone into creating a truly functional “fun car
for you. However, your Vintage Reproduction is only a “fun” car...it is by
no means ment to replace the family car or to be subjected to careless driv-
ing or the elements. If you continue to give your new Vintage Reproduction
the loving care with which is was designed and built, it will give you years
and years of carefree fun.
The engine, transmission, and components are high; quality products from well
known manufacturers. however, their size and weight does not make them suit-
able for racing, hill climbing, or driving on rough terrain; care should be
taken to avoid speeds in excess of 25 m.p.h., and “speed shifting” will result
in damage to the transmission.
A little tenderness must be extended to the car finish as well...it was not
meant to be exposed to rough weather, snow, rain, heavy winds, etc. Periodic
cleaning and waxing is necessary to keep your Vintage Reproduction looking
like new. The All-Weather Cover (available as an accessory) should be used
to protect your car when not in use if you have no available garage facilities.
The Vintage Reproductions staff joins me in wishing you and your new Vintage
Reproduction auto a long and happy relationship together. We are more than
happy to hear from you and help you with any questions or problems that may
develop, so please do not hesitate to write or call.
Happy motoring!

foot brake lever, turned clockwise and replaced. Th achieve maximum braking power
the brakes should be adjusted so the rear wheels brake ahead of the front wheels.
The emergency brake adjustment stud is located at the front underside of the car,
and should be adjusted to receive maximum braking power when handle is pulled
