Contributions to MCCARTHY VICTORY FUND 2014, or any of the participating committees individually, are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals without green cards, and federal government contractors are prohibited. The maximum amount an individual or a non-multicandidate federal PAC may contribute to MCCARTHY VICTORY FUND 2014 is $42,600. The first $5,200 (per election cycle) will benefit Kevin McCarthy for Congress, Kevins re-election campaign. (The first $2,600 is attributed to the primary election and second $2,600 is attributed to the general election.) The next $5,000 (per calendar year) will go to the Majority Committee PAC (McPAC), Kevins leadership PAC. The remainder of up to $32,400 will be attributed to the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC). Individuals should review their personal contribution histories to determine how this contribution may affect their biennial aggregate contribution limit for the 20132014 election cycle. The maximum amount a multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute to MCCARTHY VICTORY FUND 2014 IS $30,000. The first $10,000 (per election cycle) will benefit Kevin McCarthy for Congress, Kevins re-election campaign. (The first $5,000 is attributed to the primary election and second $5,000 is attributed to the general election.) The next $5,000 (per calendar year) will go to the Majority Committee PAC (McPAC), Kevins leadership PAC. The remainder of up to $15,000 will be attributed to the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC). Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
