The experienec starts when the customer calls to book their race and ends when they leave the premises and is affected by any number of things such as staff interactions, the cleanliness and condition of the venue and equipment etc... So why then do so many venues have helmets with no visors, liners that are falling apart and smell. Apart from the obvious health and safety issues, there is nothing worse than placing a smelly, sweaty helmet on your head! Fear not, there is a solution to your problem, simply read the check list below and employ some of the hot tips in your day to day operations.... not only will it provide a safer environment for your customers it will also provide them with a better experience and increase your revenue at the same time. 1. Do a daily check of all fastening straps, visors and visor clips & replace those which are damaged. 2. Provide mob caps or balaclavas to all your customers. 3. Speed Control
Pit & Sector Speed Control
Using the Sector Control System the speed of karts can be controlled in every section (zone) of the race track. In the case of an accident, the speed of the karts driving inside the accident zone is limited automatically. Once the karts are outside the dangerous section, the speed limit is released. The same system can be used for Pit-In and Pit-out speed control. Once a kart drives into the pit area, the speed is automatically reduced while the other karts on the track retain their normal speed. When a kart exits the pits, the speed is set to normal.
Sector Sensor
Every kart is fitted with a sector sensor which is connected to the shutdown transponder. Once the kart passes the loop the sensor processes the function received.
Sector Beacon
A loop wire is placed across the track & attached to the Xtra.Sector Beacon. This loop marks the start of the sector. The loop/section number and function can be easily selected on the Xtra.Sector Beacon.

ROC Timing
The timing software allows you to run Arrive and Drive and also includes Race Manager, a comprehensive program to manage all corporate and competition events, it is suitable for endurance and grand prix style events. Once you have entered your drivers or teams the Auto Grid Set Up Wizard guides you through setting up the different heats in the blink of an eye. This software also allows you to save templates, so once you have your frequently run formats programmed in, set up can be done in an instant. This module is user friendly and makes the most complex of race formats simple to generate and easy to run.
ROC TV
F1 Display Screens gives your customers the look and feel of a Formula 1 race without the expense of an elaborate scoreboard. Screens include; current race results, last race, grid line up (drivers to pits) and points leader board. The system also allows venues to design and display their own marketing presentations and videos. ROC TV can be used as a replacement for scoreboards with flat screen TV units in public viewing areas, restaurants and bars.

Alphanumeric Driver Boards
