Siemens HiPath Xpressions V3.0 is a flexible, unified messaging solution that combines voice, fax or email messages into a single unified mailbox. Now users can be away from the office and easily access messages from any PC or touch-tone telephone. As a HiPath Xpressions user, you simply choose the device that helps you remain productive. HiPath Xpressions V3.0 offers enhanced messaging capabilities such as user-defined call routing and rules-based message filtering, which optimizes telephone access and helps end-user productivity. For the global enterprise, HiPath Xpressions V3.0 supports thirteen languages as well as a sophisticated text-to-speech engine. HiPath Xpressions V3.0 also offers the flexibility to expand and leverage most existing investments. Systems can support 25 to 30,000 end-users on a single system image. Pure IP, circuit-switched and mixed environments are also supported. HiPath Xpressions provides simultaneous support for messaging integration with Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino. Other platforms such as Novell Groupwise and Qualcomm Eudora are supported via the IMAP4/SMTP standard integration protocol.

Intelligent Call Handling Better Customer Service HiPath Xpressions V3.0 supports intelligent call handling features that enable users to utilize personal attendant applications. Users can configure a custom menu of routing options for callers when they reach a subscribers mailbox. A typical application may give callers options to reach an assistant, try an alternate telephone, send a fax or leave a message. Personal automated attendant applications make it easy for callers to reach employees through a variety of methods by dialing a single telephone number, eliminating the need for employees to give out multiple telephone, pager or cell phone numbers. The result is better responsiveness and service to both customers and co-workers. Intelligent Fax Management HiPath Xpressions V3.0 fax management capabilities allow users to store, forward and reply to fax messages just as they do voice and email messages. Instead of being printed at a fax machine, fax messages are stored in the subscribers confidential unified mailbox. Users decide where and when to print fax messages, ensuring privacy and security. Additional HiPath Xpressions V3.0 fax features include: Deputizing arrangements ensure each fax message can automatically be sent to another user Fax viewer/editor via a PC Print faxes to a LAN printer Remote forwarding of a fax to a local fax machine Print emails to a fax Archiving of incoming fax messages

myXpressions Folder With HiPath Xpressions V3.0, end-users can create a separate inbox folder, which utilizes the rules-based message handling capabilities native to the email application. Messages are prioritized and filtered based on criteria set by the end-user and select messages are forwarded to the myXpressions filtering folder. When users access HiPath Xpressions from a touchtone telephone, this separate folder ensures they are presented with the most important voice, fax or email messages first. Available in Single/Dual store with MS Exchange. Single-Store only with Lotus Domino.
