Good practice uses active learning techniques.

&earning is not a spectator sport. 1tudents do not learn

1tudents will not assume what/s about the class only sitting and watch what teacher is developing. 1tudents must tal about what they/re are learning discuss topics not only in the class time. also refle6 about what they are learning. relating with maybe past e6periences and apply it to them daily life. They must ma e what they learn part of themselves. as their own essence. 7 could use the discussion board to have students reflects on issue and respond to each other/s

;nowing what you now and don2t now focuses your learning. In getting started. students need help in assessing their e6isting nowledge

The ability and the wor at the beginning of a program. as it go on and as it is ending. In classes. students/ needs frequent opportunities to performance and receive feedbac on their performances. Timely feedbac and remediation is an important component of effective teaching. 0e can add a diagnostic evaluation. to reali9e my student/s situation about the last nowledge has acquired. This step is usually applied at the beginning< I used it and its one perfect tool to start to recreate your teaching style. 7lso its necessary to remember were living in a technological era. we must use technological resources for each assignment in order to let them clear what we are doing.

and competence . Good practice communicat es high e6pectations . 7s a student/s we have many challenges in front of our teachers. Teacher has a commitment for their students. they 56pect going to be always pushing you to do your best. more and >ou need to trust on your own nowledge. you will get :high e6pectation are the ey to everything" 1am 0alton it. =igh 7s a teacher. this is really important to ta e in consideration. e6pectation as human being people need to be push sometimes to start s are feeling they are capable to do whatever they want if they have important dedication and ta e the responsibilities. for everyone for the poorly prepared. for those unwilling to e6ert themselves. and for the bright and wellmotivated Good practice respects diversity --talents. e6perience. and ways of learning.

.
5ach person is really different. 7lso the generations are changed. 7s a teacher we need to help the student to find their abilities. what ind of aspects are related to change. 0e need to use different types of strategies as videos. charts. websites. and ect.in order to identify what is better for all.

1tudents need opportuniti es to show their talents and learn in ways that wor for them. Then they can be pushed to learn in new ways that do not come so easily.

Teaching design in my practice. 7pproach

I will be giving classes in high school and it would be around ?( hours. hours ta ing in consideration the @ational 5nglish Curriculum. this is design and sent it to the teachers in charge to be develop. This program contains some questions# 0hat do teachers teach forA 0hat must student learnA =ow to teachA =ow. when and what evaluateA These are question that the -I@5B establish fin order to apply the consecution of their program. Carefull planning at the course design stage not only ma es teaching easier and more en8oyable. it does also facilitate students learning.

I will guide me in this approach# 5nglish as a foreign language. as we live in 5l 1alvador where 5nglish is not spo en we need to use this language a foreign no one will spea well if it/s not well learned it. Ceside my colleagues. of course. Through this approach the course is going to be given to some students. students from high school. Bepending on the topic is the way we are going to design our methodology. 0hen we find the right one this will define the techniques that im going to use. &et/s ta e some topics form the -I@5B# -e6pression to ma e appointments -Personal Goals -personal biographical information These topics could be really easy. I choose them without any order. so. here I thin I would use as first instance the diagnostic evaluation< some of the students would have

some nowledge about certain topic. ;nowing a little more about my students a can start my classes.

Strategies

This will help me to achieve the goals my students will need to learn and not only pass the sub8ect. &ecture# boo s that helps my students to improve their reading s ills and identify their accent. find reading problems. -ultimedia# audios that help the comprehension. music. etc. &abs# ) practical labs where they can develop discipline. I will obtain a feedbac and will have the product I need to evaluate my own progress. 1tudents/ pro8ect# give to them a topic and let them do the presentation they thin will be the correct one for the topic assigned. Group pro8ects# to emphasi9e the social relationships.

Methods, Methodology and Techniques. The techniques are inside of the methods< e6ample I can use the traditional method. and this depend in a brief e6plication about an issue in grammar and as a technique I use the translation of this sentences into the native language. The communicative approach of teaching 5nglish is a method that overtoo older and more traditional methods such as the grammar-translation method. I will use# ,. Birect -ethod# this will help me to avoid that fear from students to spea . D. 7udio lingual -ethod# for more e6pressing ideas. to contrast of the comprehension. repetitions drills. 'epetitions. inflections. replacement and restatement.E@oam Choms yF ). Cooperative learning# to help each other in the classroom. wor ing in groups.

?. Total physical response# the behavior for the students/ response.

4sing this strategies and methods I will help to my students to lose the fear of spea 5nglish. to find their abilities in this assignment. the total physical response to assign a score from what they have learned to end.

E-learning and Blended Learning 0e are living in a technological era where almost every single movement is related to technological procedures. adding this tool to the development of classes. 0e can share more information online. having classes online. The blended learning combines online with face to face learning. The goal of this is to provide the most efficient and effective instruction e6perience by combining delivery modalities. www.grayharriman.com$blended*learning.htn Internet has change many stuff in our life. it is really gard to imagine how our life without any ind of technological tool. The evolution of technology is leading in most of the biggest countries. Individual learning can be defined as an increasing ones capacity to ta e effective action learning is moreover often a result mediated e6periences predetermined by an accrual situation. 56amples# in a classroom. face to face interaction is not necessary. It could be in the same place but not physically. Cut. nowadays the base of some universities are this technological tool. the blende is a mi6 of traditional e-learning and classroom training and the concept of the standalone Gcourse/ is arguably redundant. blended e-learning offers learners sophisticated and varied options to support their learning< the development of the read-write technology for the web has seen the addition of wi is. blogs and socials networ ing sites to the blende. building communities of learners and ma ing their e6periences truly interactive. This along with the new ways of using videos. gamming and podcast has ta en blended learning to new and e6citing levels. not only forming an integral part of formal training innervations but also in supporting continuous informal learning. 0e can use different types of devices to share and study. I can concluded that a good and responsible teacher must continuo this steps to a good practice. we need to now that we are wor ing with other human being. we have that commitment in order to help and share our information for a better nowledge.
