p arallel m od u le. B oth U P Ses are d ou ble con versi on on -li n e u n i ts for p rotecti on of com p u ter
system s an d oth er i n telli gen t d evi ces as m easu rem en t i n stru m en ts an d i n d u stri al au tom ati on
ap p li cati on s. T h e u n i ts con d i ti on th e raw m ai n s an d su p p ly con ti n u ou s, clean th ree-p h ase p ower
to th e cri ti cal system s. Wh i le feed i n g th e load both U P Ses wi ll con ti n u e to su p p ly clean p ower
wi th ou t an y i n terru p ti on at th e U P S ou tp u t.

I n addition to th e au tom atic battery test it is recom m en ded th at a battery disch arge test is don e on ce
or twice per year. T h is test is recom m en ded to be don e togeth er with th e preven tive m ain ten an ce by
m an u factu rer service person n el. I n th e parallel for redu n dan cy system it is possible to do a com plete
disch arge test for on e U P S with ou t riskin g th e load. T h e oth er U P S will stay in on lin e m ode an d
su pply th e fu ll load in case of failu re in th e tested U P S.
