MEASURING PINS:
Hardened, ground & lapped measuring pins are available in standard steps of 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10 mm. Loose pins available from0.50 mmto 12.00 mmwith tolerance 0.002 mm Loose pins available from12.01 mmto 18.00 mmwith tolerance 0.002 mm Material : EN31 Length of measuring pins up to 1.50 mmdiameter is 40mm & above 1.51mmdiameter it is 50 mm. Pins set will be supplied in plastic container for extra safety. All pins are without knobs. If knobs required charges extra. Loose pins of odd sizes are available on request. NABL Calibration Certificate will be issued with each set & inspection certificate for loose pins.

CARBIDE PLUG GAUGE:
Are normally supplied with GO in carbide & NOGO in stabilized steel. However both can be supplied in carbide as per requirement. RANGE 0.5 to 8 mm- Reversible type design 8 to 40 mm- Taper shank design 40 to 60 mm- Trilock design 60 to 400 mm- Plate type plug gauge Extra length up to 100 mmcan be supplied as per requirement. 'RAINBOW make Gauges have excellent wall thickness to give desired results.
CARBIDE SNAP GAUGE:
Gauges as per customer design can be supplied. Supplied normally in single Ended design in rectangular bodies (or round if specified.) Double ended snap Gauges can be supplied. Groove diameter checking snap Gauges are also supplied in carbide. Template length Gauges also manufactured. Manufacturing range: 3 to 300 mm
CARBIDE RING GAUGE:
carbide ring gauges are normally supplied GO in carbide & NOGO in steel. GO and NOGO both can be supplied if required in Carbide. Setting Rings are manufactured in carbide. Extra length ring gauges can be supplied. Manufacturing Range: 5 mmto 60 mm.

We supply carbide measuring pins in 2 grades Manufacturing tol. =0.001mm Manufacturing tol. =0.002mm Normally having L=35 mm Pins with close tolerance of 0.5 m can also be supplied. Loose pins are also supplied in carbide.

With help of our tie-up, our manufactured multi gauging has multiple sides, including appendages in predetermined positions.
