Involved in site Visit, gathering equipment dimensions (section and Elevation), Vendor Data sheet and
understanding the plant process.
Designing & modeling the pipe routing based on P&ID and vendor data sheet in PDMS and AUTOCAD using
Codes and Standards like ANSI/ASME, API, BS and ASTM.
Preparing Equipment Layout, Piping specifcation and Line list along with Valve, Instrumentation and ftting
component with the help of P & IDs.
Co-ordination with plant process engineer for clear understanding of the plant process and civil
construction department for plant expansion feasibility.
Preparing Plot plan, Nozzle orientation drawing, piping layout, Equipment layout (section, Elevation) and
GAD drawing.
Preparation of piping Isometric drawing from piping Layout for fabrication and erecting work.
Checking of isometric as per Piping layout, Line List, P&ID & Piping Specifcation.
Knowledge on selection of Pipe support with the help of support standards.
Knowledge of calculating pipe wall thickness and Pipe sizing.
Knowledge of pipe rack width calculation.
Preparation of As-Built Drawings & Documents.
Co-ordination with Client, vendors and internal disciplines for approval, Cad & Isometric release to site
work.
Modifcation of P&ID as per fnal designed Isometrics.
Preparation of Equipment fabrication drawing based on customer request.
Preparation of Line MTO using P&ID, Piping Material Specifcation and Valve Data Sheet

Preparing General Assembly Drawing for presentation & getting approval from the customer based on
ASME and ISO standards.

vessels etc..
Preparing BOM for the equipment.
Deputed to GAIA Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.
For a Saudi YANBU Petro Chemical Company.
Review the Piping Design Documents (P&ID, Isometrics, GA and Vendor drawings)
Prioritized scope activities to most efciently meet project schedule requirements
Completion of piping scope activities including MTOs, Drawings.
Continuously update project drawings and documents to fnal as built status.
Responsible for generating 2D Drawings such as Isometrics, P&IDs and GADs using Microstation V8i
Series.
Deputed to Mother Dairy Ltd, Bangalore.
Preparing the detailed manufacturing drawings of the equipments.

Cold walled Horizontal vacuum furnace: This system is specially designed for Heat treatment of the
material.
Vacuum Chamber with pumping system: - High vacuum chamber with pumping system is specially
designed for space borne instrumentation development activities.
Rotary vacuum brazing furnace : - Water cooled double walled vacuum chamber used for brazing of
two dissimilar components at high vacuum environment
High pressure (50 tons) high vacuum and high temperature (2450 deg Celsius) hot press : -
Vacuum hot press sintering furnace specially designed to meet the specifc requirements of compacting
powder metallurgy products of metals, non-metals and compounds under high vacuum at high
temperatures.
