This stage starts from the moment the volunteers arrive in the country
and will consist of a month long Preparation, Adaptation and Training
programme (PAT) The program is designed to transmit to the volunteer
all the theoretical and practical knowledge about the project and

activity calendar in detail
In the Training and capacity building phase it is also included a training
organized by the Romanian National Agency(training called On-arrival
