(Caution: Before using this function, you need to ensure the following: 1. Your phone
number is set to be an authorized number on the T322. 2. The SIM card on the T322 has
subscribed the caller identification service. Otherwise, the smart voice setting function
cannot be used.)
Smart voice can be set by using an authorized mobile phone number to dial the SIM
card number on the T322. After the dial, "BI-BI" is heard and then the following
notification tone is played automatically: "Hello! Arming press1, Disarming press 2,
Query Arming press 3, Query Position press 4, voice monitoring press 5. Thank you."
Then, press the corresponding number to enable the function you want.
For details about the arming and disarming function, see section 6.4.3 "Arming and

Scenario 1: The engine is not connected during detection.

After the device is not working for 15 minutes, it automatically enters the power-saving
sleep mode. At this time, the GPRS module does not work, and the device does not
upload tracking data at regular intervals. Instead, the device sends heartbeat data
packets about the positioning cease (the GPS does not take effect) to the platform at
intervals of 10 minutes by default (the intervals of sending heartbeat packets can be
changed). If the device vibrates or is triggered externally, it is waken up, continues to
work normally, uploads timing data at the timing track intervals, and uploads heartbeat
packets regularly.
Scenario 2: The engine is connected during detection.
If the engine is on (ACC ON), the device works normally, and uploads timing track data
and heartbeat packets regularly.
If the engine is off (ACC OFF) and no vibration occurs, the device immediately
automatically enters the power-saving sleep mode. The device sends heartbeat data
packets about the positioning cease to the platform at intervals of 10 minutes by default
(the intervals of sending heartbeat packets can be changed) as in scenario 1. If the
device vibrates or starts its engine, it is waken up, continues to work normally, and
uploads timing data.
Note:
1. The device keeps working normally if it is charged over a USB cable, and will not
enter the power-saving sleep mode.
2. The device consumes low power in the smart sleep mode and can last for 50
hours without external power supply.

3.4 Data Compression Mode CCC

The device communicates over Meitrack protocols. The header and the tail of the data
packet are in the same format as those of the data packet using Meitrack
communication protocols. The middle part of the data packet is uploaded in the CCCdata compression mode. For details about the CCC data, see T322 data analysis manual.
Note:
Only proactively-uploaded data (such as timing, heartbeat or alarm events) is uploaded
in CCC format. Other data such as instructions issued by the platform and replies from
the device use the same format as related instructions in Meitrack protocol
communication manual.

Note: For more details on the arming Status, please refer to 6.4.3 Anti-Theft Status Setting

6.5.2 Remote Control Code Matching
Generally, a remote control can be used normally without code matching, because code
matching is done when the remote control is delivered with the tracker.
Under special scenarios, for example, the original remote control is lost and is replaced
with a new one, code matching needs to be performed on the new remote control. (A
tracker supports a maximum of two remote controls.)
To match code, perform the following steps:
1. Connect the cable on the remote control box to the cable on the T322.
2. Open the cover of the remote control box and connect the short cable inside to
the ground cable of the T322 for more than two seconds.
3. Press any key on the first remote control once, and then press any key on the
second remote control once. At this time, disconnect the short cable and the
ground cable.
4. Press the unlock keys on the two remote controls until the buzzer rings, which
indicates that the code is matched.
Note: If the code matching is performed on only one remote control, the other remote
control is unusable.

If the tracker is installed inside the vehicle, with weak GPS signal, it can connect optional
external GPS antenna to strengthen the signal.
The optimum location for the GPS antenna is on the roof of vehicle. The cover and GPS
antenna are directional. Make sure they are facing up and lying as flat as possible. Fix
them in place with glue or zip ties.
Note: Do not shield or cover the GPS antenna with any objects containing metal.
