FIRST-AID MEASURES

Inhalation

Remove to fresh air immediately. Apply artificial respiration if


necessary.

Ingestion

Wash out mouth with water and give 200-300 ml (half a pint) of
water to drink.

Skin Contact

Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash affected skin


with plenty of water or soap and water.

Eye Contact

If substance has got into the eyes, immediately wash out with plenty
of water for at least 15 minutes.

Further Medical Treatment

If symptoms develop, obtain medical attention.

Extinguishing Media

Extinguish with foam, waterspray or dry chemical.

Fire Fighting Protective Equipment

A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of dusts. Avoid
ingestion.

Environmental Precautions

Do not empty into drains; dispose of this material and its container in
a safe way.

Methods for cleaning up

Adsorb spillages onto sand, earth or any suitable adsorbent


material. Sweep up, place in a bag and hold for waste disposal.
Avoid raising dust. Ventilate area and wash spill site after material
pickup is complete. Fill into labelled, sealable containers.
