INTRODUCTION TO THE TOPIC:In a society of accelerating social economic and technological
change .A complex and sophisticated urban pattern is bound to evolve. These changes have maximized the pressure acting upon land to meet the varied demands of the society. Since land is very valuable its proper use is extremely important and provision should be made for a place within the framework of the city, which was not only complex in planning but also offered all services under one roof along with parking facilities. NEED OF SOCIO CULTURE CENTRE:-
Need for public space where citizens can watch or do
culture in there own neighborhood Need for people dedicated and/or trained for catering for the cultural needs of the citizens. The role of culture lies not only in the context of promotion of economic growth but also in relation to other objectives of creating an environment that encourages self-expression and exploration on the part of individuals and communities besides support to arts and artists and encouraging active participation in cultural expression by people at large, and developing creativity as a social force.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF SOCIO CULTURE CENTRE:-
The democratization of culture, in the sense of providing
access to as many citizens as possible To make development proposals to activate the area to bring art and culture close to common man by providing a place for organizing cultural shows, exhibitions, lectures and confessions. To develop training and issue based discussion centre. To create an peaceful environment not only for residential area, but also for institutional. To promote understanding and amongst human communities facilities the exchange of knowledge and mutual appreciation of each others cultures.
