Objective:
To state the procedures and guidelines for rewarding those employees of the company, who
help identify and attract suitable and competent talent in order to meet our resource
requirements at optimum cost.
Eligibility:
All onroll employees of the company are covered under this policy.
Exemptions:
The following are ineligible to benefit from the policy.

Members of the senior Management Team- Including department heads and their
direct reports.
Employees at or above Manager Level.
Member of the HRD Team.
Anyone who is involved in the recruitment process.

Procedure

Employee may refer individuals who meet the specifications given in the job
description for the vacant positions which Human Resources posts from time to time.
In case the resume is already available in the data bank referral process will be
terminated at this stage.
The referrer needs to fill up the employee referral form and submit to the HRD before
the recruitment process begins. Referral forms shall be made available at the Parivar
Id.
The employees role will be limited to the submission of the resume of the candidate.
After this the regular process of shortlisting and interviews will be applied to the
referrals.
The employee making the referral will not in the anyway be involved with the
interview or salary fixation of the candidate.
Applications referred by any employee should be signed by him before taking into
consideration by the HRD.
Selection to the referred by any employee would be made only after going through the
selection process, as per recruitment policy / procedure.
There should be no specific canvassing in the case of a referred candidate by both the
employee who referred him and the HR.
If the referred candidate is hired, the referrer is eligible to claim a referral payout as
per the parameters defined below.

The Referral fee is paid along with the salary after the successful completion of the
referred candidates 6 months period from actual date of joining the company.
Terms & Conditions:
The fee will be given only if the newly recruit completes the above mentioned period
with the organization.
Note:

Payout amount and eligibility factors are subject to change based on the business and
economic needs of the company.
Company, Will not enter into any debate with an employee who has unsuccessfully
referred a personal contact. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the head of
Human Resource Department shall be final.
All recommendation made by employees must come from their personal contacts/
connections and not from through any recruitment agency.
