Customer will pay `1999 on DIESL or Channel Partner Name & `3000 (inclusive of Tax) on name of TTSL.
Free usage will be 15GB Unlimited per month for 3 Months.
Customer will be migrated to `1500 15GB Unlimited Plan from 4th Month onward.
Lock in of 6 Months is applicable on QARP Plan. Customer will be charged `1999 for Photon Max Wi-Fi Device if customer churns before 6 Months.
Customer need to sign a mandatory compliance Form in addition to Tari Enrolment form
Terms and Conditions: 1. This TEF is applicable only for IOCR connections, for employees of SME A and TC companies (as per TTL List). 2. This oer is valid only for fresh acquisitions of Tata Photon Max
Wi-Fi customers. 3. This oer is applicable only where the device charges are paid upfront @ `1999. 4. This TEF is applicable for all circles where Photon Max WiFi is available. 5. Data exchange refers to total
data transfer (Upload + Download). 6. The unutilized data limit cannot be carried forward to the next month. 7. All Internet services are provided by TATA Communications Ltd. 8. Tata Photon Max Wi-Fi speeds
will be available only in select locations where TTL has Photon Max coverage. In Photon Plus locations, the service will be available at speeds up to a maximum of 3.1Mbps (downlink), & in other locations, the
services shall be available at speeds up to a maximum of 153.6Kbps. 9. Voice calls and SMS services are not available on this device. 10. All the claims in respect of the working/non-working of USB modem shall
lie only against the manufacturer and not against TTL. Also the Customer understands that the fulllment of warranty obligations is the responsibility of the manufacturer. 11. The rentals and usage charges
would be charged on the basis of the billing cycle xed by TTL. 12. Any request for bill plan change will be eective from the next bill cycle. 13. If the services were subscribed at any time in the middle of the
billing cycle then the rst bill for rentals would be charged on a pro rata basis. Accordingly the free bundled usage as per the opted plan, would be available on a pro rata basis. 14. In case any misuse or abuse of
network is found, TTL reserves a right to impose additional restrictions on the subscriber. 15. TTL may additionally manage customers bandwidth at peak times to preserve the best experience for the maximum
number of users. 16. TTL reserves the right to review and apply network protection controls in case of peer to peer le sharing, etc. The same is meant to safeguard the quality of service for other customers 17.
All the above plans are strictly meant for personal usage and shall not be used for any commercial purposes. 18. Service tax at applicable rates and any other applicable government levies will be charged extra.
