Terms & Conditions: Subscribers need to pay Subscription Amount in advance as mentioned in the plan details. For online order, subscription amount to be paid to the Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) representative after receiving the Order Reference Number. Cash payments need to be done against un-tampered/unused vouchers to authorized TDN representatives only. Service Tax is extra as applicable. All Plan Charges (Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual) will be charged in advance. Service installation will be done within 3 working days from the date of realization of subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service installation shall take 6-10 working days from cheque submission date. For Bill Free Plan, after consumption of bundled usage, subscriber can recharge account with any amount of his/her preference. Bill will not be available for this plan. No refund will be provided for unutilized usage (MBs) if subscriber surrenders/discontinues the service. In case of Circuit Breaker Plans, as soon as your bill reaches the maximum bill value, your charging stops. Your service however, continues to work, although at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps for ADCB1199, and 64 Kbps for all other plans. The original speed is restored automatically upon receipt of bill payment. Alternatively, you can choose to make an ad hoc payment ahead of your regular bill payment date, to enjoy full-speed service. In all Circuit Breaker Plans, usage during the reduced speed period is not charged. Contention Ratio: 1:10 for Bill Free Plan, Circuit Breaker Plans and Bonus Bandwidth Plans, 1:20 for Unlimited Usage Plans and 1:4 for Business Plans for SOHO. Home Secured Wi-Fi to connect TDN reserves the right to increase contention ratio up to 1:50 for Unlimited Usage Plans and 1:30 for Business Plans for SOHO, if usage during the month crosses fair usage. Home Secured Wi-Fi multiple PCs wirelessly, is available at ` 1500 for lifetime on Monthly Plans and Bill Free Plan (Code: allholt) and ` 500 for lifetime on Half Yearly and Annual Plans (Code: allholt500). service includes one hotspot instance inside your home. This can support approximately 1000 sq ft area. For larger homes, additional hotspots are available at ` 1500 for lifetime per instance. Simultaneous logins are allowed only from a single location. Parental Control software utility is available at ` 65 per month (Code: AV Prem) or at ` 650 per annum (Code: ANPREAV) (optional). Half Yearly and Annual Plan subscribers can avail of Parental Control software utility with yearly package option only. Static IP is available at ` 1000 per annum (optional). The amount is payable in advance at the time of subscription. Bill delivery: Subscribers who have opted for e-copy: e-Bills shall be sent to the registered e-mail ID. Subscribers who have opted for physical copy: Physical bills shall be sent to the registered billing address. Upload speed will be 25% of applicable download speed or 512 Kbps, whichever is lower. Usage includes both upload and download of data. A CAT 5 cable shall be provided if the subscriber needs to connect his PC on the Ethernet interface. Cable laying through casing and capping shall be charged @ ` 10 per foot. The same is payable directly to the TDN authorized partner installation executive. Speeds mentioned here are guaranteed up to the ISP node. All tariffs mentioned here are subject to regulatory approval. TDN has the right to modify or withdraw any tariff plan at any point of time. In case of service discontinuation, subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. ` 1500 per modem will be payable if subscriber retains the modem or returns them in non-working/damaged condition.
