Responsible for management of Sales Targets/deliverables in the assigned area through effective
implementation of Company policies
Develop & strengthen Sales & Distribution network in the assigned area which include the followings:
o Create & effectively maintain relationship with Super Stockiest in coordination with the Supervisor
between HUB Distributor and Spoke

Periodic discussion with Supervisor on Area performance & appropriate plan of actions.
Compliance of all reporting Systems & Procedures as per schedule & deadline.
Ensure issue awareness through on-ground communication activities
Increase sales volume by maintaining existing distributors and making new distributors.
Providing support to stockiest & team.
Managing sales planning & promotion activities.
Increase the sale And Develop distributor in rural Areas
Handling Channel Distribution, delivering Targets assigned.
Regular feedback & information of brand performance & competitive activity.
