Dear Respondents,
Greetings! We are fourth year BSBA Human Resources students from the Manila Tytana Colleges. We are currently
undergoing research study entitled Factors influencing the training effectiveness of Accredited Training Centers of
Selected Maritime Agencies: Basis for Human Capital Development Program, and we are here to conduct a survey
to gather data regarding the training effectiveness of the training programs in the Maritime Industry.
This questionnaire will only take a maximum of 10 minutes to answer.
