Intentionality
When I decided to pursue a healthier lifestyle, I set a clear intention to exercise regularly and maintain a
balanced diet. This intention provided a purpose and direction for my actions, motivating me to make
healthier choices.

Forethought
I exercised by developing a specific plan. To ensure I had an organized approach to reaching my health goals,
I scheduled particular workouts, researched nutritious foods, and set realistic targets.

Self-reactiveness
During this journey, I faced obstacles and challenges including injuries and cravings for unhealthy foods.
However, I adjusted to these problems by changing my workout routine and finding healthier options to
satisfy my cravings, my self-reactivity came into action.

Self-reflection
I reflected my achievements and found ways to make improvement. Through self-reflection, I recognized
what I'd achieved and discovered areas where I might improve my approach, eventually helping me in staying
on track and making needed changes to my workout and nutrition program.

ACTIVITY 7: Skill: Propose a Guiding Plan
Don McKentoy is an internet influencer and your best friend who is asking for your help. He is seeking your
advice or suggestions about the cons of being an influencer and student at the same time. He is worried about
the low grades and the negative comments he received from social media. He is fully aware that this comes with
this job. He is torn between sustaining his career but felt more need to accomplish his education. He still wants
to become a student and a social media personality. What advice or plan can you suggest for Don McKentoy to
take?
- I would advise Don McKentoy to strike a balance between his aspirations as a student and a social
media influencer. First, he should consider setting clear priorities and managing his time efficiently.
Allocate specific blocks of time for both his studies and social media commitments to avoid burnout
and improve his academic performance. Second, it's essential for him to develop resilience to
negative comments and criticism on social media. He should learn to filter out harmful comments
and not let them affect his self-esteem or academic focus. And by carefully managing his time he can
pursue both his education and social media career with greater success and less stress.
