go to properties from recycle bin, set all drives to minimum run adware,try also
to check files not store in bin.i used also ace utilities to wipe bin.i was fumbling
with it so i dont know exactly what i did first, but its one of the three worked
with me,good luck from rabby

I have Win 8 64-bit. I have recycle.bin virus on my hard drive and my external
hard drive.
I have restored to previous point were virus not encountered my PC. But I just
wanted to try to delete the virus from my external drive, unfortunately the virus
not deleted from the external hard drive, in fact he established again in my PC.
Tried to delete it manually but none of the steps is compatible with Win 8
except the view folder properties.
Need some help to Win 8 users.
