Recommended for suspension of plain or insulated stationary piping.
Design provides key benefit of substantial

level adjustability after installation. WEICCO offers special intermediate sizes to suit any insulated pipe 00.
Product Features
WCH hangers allow vertical level adjustment of 20 to
150mm (based on hanger size) after pipe installation.
This helps in effective leveling of piping systems.
Besides the table below, we offer intermediate sizes
designed to closely fit the effective pipe 00 for any
insulation thickness. This enhances installation quality
by avoiding usage of oversize hangers.
Available EPDM lined - to prevent contact between
dissimilar materials (if used with non-ferrous pipe),
minimise condensation and provide noise attenuation.
Lining has a temperature range of -20C to 110C.

For insulated pipe, please specify effective 00 or pipe
size plus insulation thickness. Standard (as below) or
intermediate models will be selected as appropriate.

Installation Guidelines
Provide oversize washers under both suspension nuts.
Tighten the nuts to ensure proper hanger performance.

Adjustable swivel ring type steel band hangers suitable for suspension of all types of stationary pipes. Most
commonly used for sprinkler system pipelines. Supplied complete with swivel nut.
Product Features
Knurled swivel nut facilitates easy installation
and vertical adjustment of pipe level post
installation.

Swivel nuts are countersunk to prevent burring
or damage to threads.

transmission of high frequencies from piping to
building structure
- acts as a thermal barrier
- has a temperature range of -20C to 11 DoC

Supplied complete with four nuts.
Besides models listed in the table below, a full range
of intermediate sizes is available to match the ODs
of WEICCO RSI, providing a simple and effective
support solution for insulated pipe.
WEICCO U-Bolts are available with EPDM sleeve,
to prevent contact between dissimilar materials when
used with copper, plastic, aluminum or glass pipe.

Ductile iron C-c1amp designed for providing attachment of threaded rod to steel beams or purlins, without the
need for drilling or welding. WEICCO WBC is suitable for installation at both upper and lower flanges of beams.
Product Features
Suitable for use with I-beams, channels, angles or
steel roof purlins with up to 22mm flange thickness.
Suitable for threaded rod sizes from 1Omm to 24mm.
Convenient means of suspending pipelines, ducting,
false ceilings or equipment from structural members,
without the need for drilling or welding.
Permit vertical level adjustment post installation.
WBC clamps are denoted as 'universal' on account of
their versatile design, which provides a single product
solution for various application situations.
a) They can be attached to either the upper or lower
horizontal flanges of beams.
b) The threaded suspension rod may either be fixed
offset from the edge of the flange or directly under
and inline with the set screw.
Retaining Strap
The deep throat design of WBC clamps helps ensure

an effective grip on the beam flange.
BCRS Retaining Strap, available as an optional

extra, provides additional installation safety by
preventing horizontal slippage of the clamp.
May be ordered by specifying strap model and
length required. The length selected should be
appx. 120mm more than width of beam flange.
Supplied complete with hardened set screw, lock-nut.

WBC are suitable for applications requiring seismic
restraint when used along with BCRS retaining straps.
