DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TAYLOR ALLISON SWIFT, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, with
residence and postal address at Rizal Strett, Sagpon, Legzpi City, hereinafter
called the VENDOR;
-in favor ofED SHEERAN, also of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Pearanda Street, Bonot, Legazpi City, Single, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
hereinafter called the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH:
The Vendor is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at IBP
Road, Bitano, Legazpi City and covered by the Deed of Absolute Sale dated
May 30, 1969 containing a total area of 100 square meters, more or less, and
more particularly described as follows :
A parcel of residential land containing an area of
100 square meters (10m x 10m, more or less, bounded
on the North, by Conception Lanuza, measuring 10
meters: East, by Sofronio Favor, measuring 10 meters:
south, by Aguinaldo Mendez, measuring 10 meters: and
on the West by Juan Mendez: delimited in all its corners
by visible posts; Declared under Tax Declaration No.
_____- and assessed at Php ______________.
WHEREAS, the VENDEE desires to buy and the VENDOR agreed to sell
the above mentioned property for the amount of Three Million Five Hundred
Thousand_(Php 3,500,000.00) Philippine Currency.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the sum of Three Million
Five Hundred Thousand_(Php 3,500,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by
the VENDEE to the VENDOR and DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY
by way of Absolute Deed of Sale unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and
assigns , the certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found
thereon, free from all liens, encumbrances of whatever nature including real
estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
18th of May , 2015 at Legazpi City, Philippines.

City, a copy of said Certificate of Registration.
