Deed of Absolute Sale
This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
Heirs of Eligio and Florentina Iñigo, all of legal age, represented by Rolando Iñigo
with postal address at Agbannawag, Rizal Nueva Ecija. Hereinafter referred to as the
SELLER.
-AND-
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the one of the heirs of the registered owner of the real
property and designated as the attorney in fact by the other heirs as evidenced by the
EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH SPECIAL POWER OF
ATTORNEY TO SELL REAL PROPERTY herein attached as Annex “A”. The said real
property is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. NT-57643 containing a total area
of FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT (5338) SQUARE
METERS, more or less, and more particularly described as follows:
"A parcel of land Lot No. 468 of the Cadastral survey of Rizal, with the
improvements thereon, situated in the Municipality of Rizal, bounded on the N” by lot
675; on the S. and W. by a road; and on the NW by lot 756. Beginning in the point
marked “2” on plan, being S. 10 deg. 27’ W., 58.32m. From B.L.L. N.5; thence S.88
deg. 38’ W., 92.04m. To point 4; thence N.13 deg. 04’ W., 50.99 m. to the point of
beginning."
WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
above mentioned property for the amount of (One million six hundred thousand) (P
000,000.00) Philippine Currency;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION SIX
HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 1,600,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the
vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY
by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel
of land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.

Known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged to me that the same are their free act and voluntary deed.
This instrument, consisting of (3) pages, including the page on which this
acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of each and every page
thereof by the concerned parties and their witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
