SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

That I, MARK AMBROS C. LENTIC, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and a
resident of 693 ML Quezon Street, Brgy. Cabancalan, Mandaue City, Cebu,
Philippines, do hereby make, constitute and appoint Maron Neth De Asis, Filipino,
of legal age, and has the address at 7th Floor 139 Corporate Center Valero Street,
Salcedo Village, Makati City, 1227, Philippines, who is likewise affiliated with EDI
STAFF BUILDERS to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for my and in my name,
place, stead and behalf to carry out and perform the following acts and purposes:

1. To sign, execute, deliver and process the necessary documents


needed/required by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Embassy for my
Working Visa Application as Senior Operator Day Crew;

2. I further authorize my Attorney-in-fact Maron Neth De Asis to process, sign


and receive any and all documents required/issued by the United Arab
Emirates (UAE) Embassy in connection with the working visa application;

3. To sign, execute, deliver, receive and process for and on my behalf, all the
necessary documents needed/required for the authentication and Red
Ribbon Certificate of the necessary requirements needed by the UAE
Embassy with respect to the above-mentioned Working Visa Application and
for the AUTHENTICATION AND RED RIBBON CERTIFICATION of my
credentials and other documents;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power


and authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
in my behalf by virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hand this 15th day of
February 2018 in Cebu City, Philippines.
