Total fuel = Enough fuel for route, 1h contingency (holding & taxi), problematic winds, alternate
fuel for 200nm and a minimum landing fuel (1h+). Modify alternate value as needed.
Load all wing tanks with same amount of fuel; outer tanks full center tanks.
Note: CaptainSim messed up the weights, the 757-200 OEW is 134.100 lbs (RR) / 128.300 lbs (PW)
in reality, the maximum structural payload is 49.910 (RR) / 55.600 (PW).
With this lighter plane and the ZFW reduced by 19.000 you can carry more fuel than the real aircraft
relative to your payload.
