on different decisional activities of Mercantile Bank Limited. Its performance was
reviewed and analyzed through the annual reports, and internal records of the bank.
We have tried our best to use this opportunity to enrich our knowledge on banking
system. After observing thoroughly, we have prepared this report on the basis of our
findings and observation relating to the topic.
To analyze the qualities of successful managers (Top, Mid and First line
managers) of MBL.

In this report theoretical method and case study are basically used. For this purpose,
we have been collected the information from following sources:

1.5 Limitations:
The report is presented on the basis of face to face conversation with the officer and
the practical experience in the bank. Mercantile Bank Limited organizational
environment is very helpful, but we felt some limitations such as:
Due to the safety and security reasons, access to all the confidential data was
not obtained.
As we are just studying in BBA, so we have some lack of knowledge to do such task
efficiently and effectively and there must be some mistakes in this report.
