INTRODUCTION
Research Questions (if research questions are not specifically mentioned, what is
the theoretical background or overarching theme):
What is the impact of being trained for iPad use in the classrooms on the school
administrators professional life and attitude.

Purpose of the research: To determine the answers of the questions below

1- The impact of the training on school administrators use of iPads for school
works
2- After the training what do the administrators think about how teachers
should use ipads in the classrooms.
3- Do the outcomes vary depending the age, gender, years of experience

METHODOLOGY
What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand the
issue? Provide information regarding the following:

Participants: 51 Elementary and Secondary Administrators,

Procedures: The participants were conducted by emails.
Data Collection Methods/Data Source: Pre Survey, Post Survey
Data Analysis: The survey responses were reported as frequencies. Paired

sample t-test data analysis was conducted to determine what the

differences are between pre and post surveys.

RESULTS
Findings or Results (or main points of the article):

The data analysis of this study is categorized into five main groups:
analysis of demographic and contextual data; impacts of the training
process on school administrators use of iPad and iPad applications;
impacts of the training process on school administrators beliefs regarding
how teachers should use iPads in the classroom; differences in
participants responses by their
demographic and contextual data (gender, age, years of experience in
school administration and education, highest degree attained, school
classification, and school size); and evaluation of training process.
DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession): I see that all the administrators
stated that they wanted to see the teachers use the iPads in the classrooms and it
indicates that the effective use of iPad in administrative tasks will lead the school
to be an exemplary school.
REFLECTIONS
Students Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for your
school/work):
From my understanding, iPads help administrators stay organized and be
encouraged to take notes, communicate with the other colleagues, like the
teachers communication with the students and etc. One of the most used
applications is eduphoria which had been used to evaluate the teachers
performance before the Danielson method.
I , also realized that the training of iPad use helped the administrator understand
more in depth and convey these experience and insight to the teachers as well.
