    What makes a great teacher


    Being a good teacher takes much more work and dedication than
    some might think. The first step to being a wonderful teacher is to be a
    dynamic one. Dynamic activities help form active children. Kids,
    especially at younger ages, learn better when they are doing distinct
    activities rather than just sitting. This also helps maintain their attention
    and keep their minds working. By doing different activities, they
    remember the lesson with more clarity which leads to better education.
    Another important objective is making the child the center of their
    education and learning. According to new schooling, the content or
    lessons should be based on their interests and needs. Every child is
    different and yet all of their opinions matter, especially when it comes to
    their education. By doing this in an active way, we can make sure they
    will be learning for life and future experiences as opposed to just for the
    moment.
    In order to make kids a bit more independent, teachers shouldnt
    be the only one giving out information. Children must also have their
    own methods and strategies in order to obtain knowledge. Practicing
    their ability to do things themselves is very helpful for them because
    some day they will use it. By doing this, children learn how to research
    for precise information and classify which is useful and which is useless.
    They also learn how to read the information, analyze it and build their
    own ideas and opinions on a certain subject.
    A better way of learning is by doing and experimenting, not only
    with books. It is known that when children learn new things by doing
    some type of interactive activity, they learn best. Textbooks belong to
    traditional schooling and are now usually only used as reference. This
    method or strategy is a different and fun way to learn a new topic which
    will help them remember the concept.
    Overall, there are many aspects of being a good teacher and
    throughout time, we learn new ways and different teaching methods

    which keep changing and evolving. But the most important thing to
    remember is that we make a difference in a childs life and must try to
    do our best doing so.
