below: This applies to earlier Galactio users+
+This upgrade action might not be successful if you are using earlier Galactio navigation software as shown
on top. Users might not be able to retrieve a patchable license data file. Please visit our service centre to
determinate your GPS version.

It is important for user to know what is the license key number for their gps. This
license file contains important licensing that is used to configure your GPS and
run the navigation software.
After collecting the license key number, you can request a license key file from
us at backup@makagps.com during troubleshooting.

Step 4 The highlighted area will be your device license key number. Kindly note down
your device ID number stated here
Please record your DEVICE ID/ UUID number.
Note: Due to the festive season, kindly take note that this process will require minimum 7
working days before we can email the license key back to you. The process can only be
carried by Marbella Authorised Service Professional (MASP) in a secure environment. MASP
will need longer time to process your request.
Even though we have a fleet of MASP that is attending calls for our global users 24hours/7
days, but only our selected authorized MASP could expedite and process your requirements
during this period.

Step 1 Check the left side of your GPS to find out if the maps are running on internal
memory or *MicroSD Card.
*In any case if you do find a microSD card inserted in your device, unmount it from your GPS and try navigating.
Choose the links under For MicroSD Card Users if your GPS does not work after the microSD card has
been removed.

^Important Note: TMC Services will no longer be applicable since majority of the users choose not to renew this
service. You MUST BE agreeable to forgo your TMC feature before you do this upgrade. TMC will no longer be
able to work once you do this update.

Step 9 Once you have successfully unzipped your folder. Plug in the Marbella GPS
with USB cable to PC.
Note: Please make sure the power of your GPS is OFF before plugging in to your PC

unzipped (**Picture below is for illustration purposes, the actual name should vary
depend on the current update month)
