    Permission To Go On A Camping.
    1. As a secretary of The Scout, I would like to ask for your permission to have a
    camping trip for Form Five Scout members after SPM. This trip will be held for 3
    days and 2 nights.

    The itinerary is as follows:


    Place : Rimba Maya Camp Site
    Date : 15 December 2015
    Fees : RM150

    We will be accompanied by our teachers

    There are many activities that we have planned to do at the camp site. The
    activities are pitching the tents at the camp site, cooking meals, have some fun
    around the camp fire such as story-telling, and jungle-trekking. Jungle-trekking
    might sound a bit challenging but it is a good activity for students to build their
    courage.
    4.
    This kind of activity will not only act as a stress-reliever but it it will also
    give them lots of benefits. This activity will help students understand more about
    nature because nature study is important for our life. The instructor on the camp
    site will give the talk on how to survive in a jungle. So, this can upgrade the
    students survival skill. Leadership and teamwork are a must have qualities for
    every scouts members. I am sure they can develop those skills when they are
    there. Do not worry about the camp site being dirty, because I will make sure
    that it will be clean before we back home.

    I hope that you can consider our permission. I look forward to receiving your
    reply.
