Lease Pricing:
The lease price is to be determined based on the office to warehouse square footage ratio, available land,
ceiling heights, loading and overall quality of space. For marketing purposes the lease asking rate will be a
mutually agreed upon price, that will accomplish your goal of leasing the space and give room for lease
negotiation.
