The screens (A) for the front brakes cooling

circuit are mounted to the front axle
housing. Each screen has a check valve
(not shown) to prevent oil from flowing in
the reverse direction.

These views show the screen (B) for the

right and left rear wheel brake cooling circuit.
They are mounted to the axle housing
between the axle housing and the trunnion.

The brake cooling screens are canister type

screens with replaceable elements.

The rear brake cooling screens are also

equipped with check valves (not shown) to
prevent the oil from flowing in the wrong
direction.

The rear brake cooling screens are also

canister type screens with replaceable
elements.

The steering hydraulic system is equipped with two case drain filters
(A) and (C). They filterthe oil that is in the steering pump case that
will flow back to the steering hydraulic tank. Eachfilter is equipped
with a bypass switch (B) and (D). The switch will send a signal to
the VIMSmodule if one of the filters becomes plugged.

(EXAMPLE VALVE)

High pressure screens (E, F) strain the system oil that is flowing from
the steering pumps to theinlet port on the steering control valve.

(O) - Hydraulic tank port

Filter (F) and bypass switch (E) are in line with the variable
displacement pump.

(K) - Lift head end port

(L) - Makeup and vent valve

Filter (B) and bypass switch (A) are in line with the left side fixed
displacement pump.

(C) - Lift head end drain port

(H) - Lift head end port

(K) - Makeup and vent valve

(B) - Check valve

(G) - Lift rod end port

(J) - Check valve

The implement hydraulic system is equipped with four case drain

filters with bypass switches. These filter groups filter the case drain
oil from the four implement pumps. The followingfilter and bypass
switch are in line with the following pump.

(A) - Inlet port for the left fixed displacement implement pump

(B) - Tilt rod end port

Hydraulic Schematic Example

325-AG135 PK-14

The implement hydraulic system is built into the loader frame (A). The following componentsare shown in the loader
frame: case drain filters and bypass switches (B), the implement pumpsand pump drive (C), the high pressure screen
groups and relief valves (E, F, G, J), and thehydraulic tank (D). High pressure screen (G) filters supply oil for the left
side fixeddisplacement pump. High pressure screen (J) filters supply oil for the right side fixed pistonpump. High
pressure screen (E) filters supply oil for the variable displacement pump (sectionof the tandem pump). High pressure
screen (F) filters supply oil for the center fixeddisplacement pump (section of the tandem pump).
