MODELLING PART DIAGRAM IN PRO E PARAMETRIC

Initially open a new part diagram with metric standards.

Start a 2-D sketch in selected plain.
The 2D sketch contains the following features such as

line
circle
arc
rectangle
fillet
centre line
project geometry
dimension
rotate
scale etc,.

After the 2D sketch is finished , then create a extrude feature in

accordance to the diagram.
The extrude feature can either be used to extrude a material or it also
can be used to remove the material to a particular distance or through
hole.
Similaar to the extrude feature there are other similar features, they
are as follows
Revolve
It can be used to create a object by revoving the base
diagram along the centre axis such as here the body.
Coil
It is used to create a coil structure along the axis.

Hole
It is similar to the extrude remove material option where
here we can create a tapered hole or sharp edge or it can
be a counter bore.
The filler and champer option can be used to modify the edges.
To put a tthread the hellical sweep option is used . The thread can
either be rectangular, triangular , inner or it can be outer thread .
The plane option is used to select different plane otherr than the
XYZ plane such as any surface of the material or it can either be a
imaginary one.
After the part diagram is finished next come the assembly diagram.
Here each part is assembled in a step bu step manner.
The can sassembled on the basis of many constraints such as the
tangent to a surface, intersect into a surface , parallel to a surface
either in allingnment with the central axix or simply parallel.
