    Dear Sir,
    With reference to your above referred letters, it is to state that our team could not start the foundation work at 04
    Nos tower locations, once again. Police after reviewing the Court orders and listening to the representatives of
    both the parties, advised MEPCO to negotiate with Landowner as he is claiming that none of the MEPCO officials
    visited him for settlement. Police officials stated that Police will only intervene if this negotiation failed.
    It is therefore requested to resolve the situation on urgent basis and facilitate the Contractor in resuming work as
    the delay is not due to reasons attributable to Siemens.
