1) We hereby acknowledge having read and fully understood the content of this
"Bid invitation Letter" and all its attachments and further confirm that our
quotation will be strictly made out with due consideration to terms and
conditions herein.
2) We hereby acknowledge keeping confidential all information, drawings,
specifications or data related thereto or provided by BSPC/PIDMCO and not
divulge or use such information, drawings, specifications or data to or for the
benefit of any other party.

Bidding Terms
Bidders acknowledge have fully reading, understood and observed the following
terms when preparing and submitting their proposals.
1) The data sheets containing basic technical requirements should be duly filled in
which the actual technical pertaining to the subject goods.
Any additional information may be submitted through and appendix to the
main data sheet.
In case of any deviation from the technical requirements, the deviation form
shall be duly completed and submitted together with the technical offer.
2) Bidders are required to submit their technical offer + un-priced which shall be
duly singed and stamped on all pages together with the priced commercial offer
and bid bond (as required) in three separate envelopes.
3) Bidders are requested to send a copy as soft from technical proposal along with
sealed packages.
4) Commercial offers shall be prepared including the following items:
- Payment terms (as proposal)
- Payment schedule each phase of execution (as proposal)
- Price breakdown for all equipment in details including total FOB price, Freight
charge from loading to discharge port and CFR amount (when applicable)
- Delivery : BSPC (Bou-Ali Sina Petrochemical Co.) Job Site (DAP)
- Delivery time
- Installation and / or commissioning spare parts
- Two years operational spare parts
- Special erection tool (if applicable)
- Field assistance (if applicable)
- Training program (if applicable)
- Consumable (Catalyst, Chemicals, Lube Oil, etc.) required for commissioning
(if applicable)
- Documents and drawing as required in the MRQ.

Note 1: the required validity of the offer is 90 calendar days.
Note 2: Advance payment will be paid / credited to bidder account upon receipt
of a bank guarantee equal to the amount of advance payment OR any
acceptable guarantee by purchaser.
5) Confidentiality of document: whether the bid is accepted or not, bidder shall

treat details of ITB as confidential, and shall return all documents in case of
declining to participate in the tender. If documents shall be passed to third party
for performance proposal, bidder shall be liable for any breach of such duty of
confidentiality and shall indemnify and hold purchaser entirely harmless.
6) Documentation :

All bid documents is purchaser property and copyright is not allowed to

be written on any document including all drawing type. Bidder will
write only their logo.
For release documents the following software shall be used:

Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access or if
necessary.
7) Other ITB terms:

The priced commercial offer received by email or by fax will not be

taken into consideration.
The purchaser shall not be responsible for any payment of any losses or
expenses which may be incurred by any bidder in the preparation of
their bid. The bidder shall bear all costs and expenses for preparing
the bid.
8) Declination to tender:

If any time during the bid period, the bidder decided to decline to submit
a bid, it shall be advised PURCHASER with the reasons in written.
