The project consists of FEED for a new gas compression module to be installed on the existing
Hibiscus production platform topsides to augment the gas production from the NCMA 4A Field,
45 km offshore Trinidad.
The structure is a compression module designed for single lift offshore installation having
dimensions 30mx9mx8m and weighing circa 750 Te.
Involved in In-situ & Seismic, Lift & Transportation analyses of the module structure. Analysis
Package used was SESAM.
4. FEED for South Arne Phase 3
Client HESS ApS Denmark.
The project consists of FEED for WHP-E & WHP-N well platforms in the South Arne field,
Danish sector of North Sea, 60 m water depth.
Responsible for Analysis activities on the topsides structures for Operating & Temporary
conditions using SESAM suite of programs & involved in the concept development & layout
studies of the topsides.
Performed the Inplace & Spectral Fatigue Analysis of the Jacket structure using SESAM at AFD
stage.

The project is a Brownfield project for ONGC India, and consists of addition of a new
separation train and associated facilities on NQD well-cum-process platform to handle
additional well fluid from new platforms.
Responsible for carrying out offshore pre-engineering survey (structural) for the project.
Carried out adequacy check (Inplace Analysis) of the bridge connecting NQD platform to NQO
platform for the new piping added onto it using SACS software.
4. Integrated Gas Development Project Umm Shaif Wellhead Towers US 40/24 & US 40/56
Client ADMA-OPCO, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project consists of two number US 40/24 & US-40/56 wellhead towers to be installed
offshore Abu Dhabi, UAE for ADMA-OPCO & has drilled & grouted piles in about 25 m water
depth.
Carried out the following analyses & related design calculations:
-
Trailer Loadout, Sea Transportation, Lifting & Upending (two block, padeye design),
and On-bottom Stability & Mudmat Design of US 40/24 Jacket.
Transportation & Lift analyses of US 40/24 deck.
5. Al Shaheen Field Development Project 2005 GA, ED, GD & GB Platforms, offshore Qatar
Client Maersk Oil Qatar.
The project consists of ED & GD process platforms, GA wellhead platform, GB flare platform &
four interconnecting bridges. GB flare platform is part of the satellite block G of Al-shaheen
field. It is a tripod supporting a flare tower and a flare bridge connected to GA wellhead /
process platform in 54 m water depth.
Carried out the following analyses:
-

out tow analysis, design of sea fastening & preparing a tow analysis & sea fastening design
report.
BCP-B2 Jacket
The BCP-B2 jacket is a four legged jacket with four main piles & six skirt piles. Carried out the
sea fastening design including grillages for BCP-B2 jacket based on tow route specific motion
criteria. Also carried out design of leg pot grillages & barge strength check for the same.
