    B. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION

    Segregation Practices
    Most of the households practices segregation and open
    burning of wastes. The mode of garbage collection is through
    the use of garbage trucks; and garbage collection is done once
    a month. Mostly, plastics and yard sweepings compose their
    garbage.
    C. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

    have lack of
    segregation.

    We conclude that many pupils in Barangay Mangaan


    knowledge when it comes to proper waste

    To the next implementer, they must also train the


    parents in terms
    of the proper solid waste management in order
    for them to know the
    proper way of disposing garbage and
    reusing the trashes that can be
    reused and recycled.
