    Coverage

    KPI ITEMS

    Definition

    CPICH RSCP

    Received Signal Code Power, the received


    power on one code measured on the Primary
    CPICH. The reference point for the RSCP shall
    be the antenna connector of the UE.

    CPICH Ec/No

    The received energy per chip on the primary pilot


    channel divided by the power density in the
    band. The Ec/lo is identical to RSCP/RSSI. Measurement shall be
    performed on the Primary CPICH. The reference point for the CPICH
    Ec/No shall be the antenna connector of the UE.

    MOS (PESQ)

    The approved algorithm endorsed by ITU-T sha


    be used. The experimenter allocates
    the following values to the scores:
    5 Excellent : Highly intelligible /No noise or interference
    4 Good : Intelligible / Occasional noise or interference
    3 Fair : Intelligible / Systematic noise detected consistently
    2 Poor : Intelligible /Difficulty in Talking or Listening
    1 Bad : Unintelligible

    The voice call setup success rate is the number


    of successfully established voice calls vs the total

    The call completion is the ratio of normally release


    calls vs. the total number of established calls. The
    call completion rate is the number of completion call
    connections vs the total number of established calls.

    The voice call setup time is the time taken for voice
    call setup connection

    is the time taken for video call setup connection
    The PS call setup time is
    the time taken for PS call setup connection
