The further Ive moved along in my
Tupperware career, the more I wanted to
become a better person. Changing my way
of thinking and improving my leadership
skills had a big impact on my professional
and my personal life. I eventually started on
a routine to get in shape and lose weight.
In 21 months, I lost a total of 149 pounds,
and, now, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is
practically natural for me. Having a flexible
schedule has allowed me to follow a routine
more easily and thats helped me achieve my
objectives.
When you adopt a healthy lifestyle,
planning and organizing are essential. It
makes preparing meals easier. My Sundays
are often spent preparing a soup for the
week, cutting up raw vegetables, preparing
others and making dishes that I freeze in
individual portions in my Vent N Serve
containers. So even when theres not a
lot of time, the whole family is sure to eat
healthy meals.
